Kite surfing: blackrock sands Wind Direction: s to sw to west Wind Stength: 20 to 40 knots Surf / Sea State: chop/flat Air Temperature: ok Sea Temperature: ok Weather: sunny/mixed Max Speed: Distance Covered:
arrived at 10ish after four hours kip (just come of nights). the wind was
blowing 30mph gusting to 50mph so we thought not another wasted journey, so
we waited as the forecast had said it would drop..it did so with 20 to 30
mph winds i went out on a 16m storm2, neil was on a 10m airblast and graham
on a 16m cabrinha, i was using a demon of darkness board 145cm for the
first time and boy it's like a rocket, the speed was insane with a few arse
plants to kill off the speed, the timings were out on our jumps as it's
been a few weeks since we were out, but neil was doing some nice floaty
jumps of the waves and graham was attempting his first jumps some of which
he actually mean't to do!!!..i managed to crack a few back flips and
forward 360's but again rusty on the timing and the new board.neil went out
on the 13m gorilla and disappeared into the sunset touching down at harlec
and blasting back..the highlight of the day for me at least was chasing
after graham, leaving him dead in the water whislt i travelled at stupid
speed ending in a three skip arse plant..any faster and i think i might
have travelled back in time..there were a few buggiers out and boarders
with the powerkitshop riders doing stupid high airs.....toptastic day
